Jaimi Espy is a fourth-generation southeastern Montana native. Her mother’s family
homesteaded on Bobcat Creek east of Volborg, Montana and her father’s family owned and
operated the Angela Store and Post Office in Rosebud County.
Jaimi has been a real estate professional for fifteen years, working as a mortgage loan officer
and then with a certified residential appraiser. She earned her Montana real estate license in
2013 and became a full-time agent in 2023.
She is married to Clay Espy, who grew up on family ranches in Powder River, Carter, and
Rosebud Counties, and together they have a daughter, Mary Kate. The Espy’s are very involved
in the Miles city Caledonian Society, where Clay is an officer, Mary is a dancer, and Jaimi is
learning the bagpipes. They love to go camping and boating, and volunteering in their
community. Jaimi is also the chair of the Custer County tax appeal board.
